The easiest way to find out how much your order will cost, how much the shipping charges are and how long it will take to deliver is to add the item(s) to the shopping cart, proceed to the checkout, fill in the first couple of pages as prompted, then a page will be displayed telling you all of the above information (you have the option of regular or express delivery and the page will recalculate this for you automatically) before you are asked for payment or your card details.

This means you can be assured of price, shipping and timeframe without having to purchase any items. If you are not happy with any of the details, simply back out of the shopping cart or delete the product(s) from the shopping cart individually.

We ship goods either by Australia Post or Fastway couriers, depending on size & destination.

Be assured that if you did order anything by mistake simply contact us via e-mail immediately and we will refund (in part or full - whatever you prefer) your order; but please remember we dispatch daily so we need to know a.s.a.p.

Freight or shipping charges and estimated delivery times are taken from the Australia Post rates, from us to you based on postcode, and include charges for packing to ensure your purchase arrives in good order.
