does not ship international or overseas - we are an Australian service
only.
We ship
goods either by Fastway Couriers (primarily) or Australia Post, depending on
size & destination. To avoid delays with the delivery of your
order, these 5 tips may help:
1) We recommend
to use a delivery address where someone is present on any given weekday to
receive the order (a work address is ideal).
2) For delivery
destinations that are within a building that has multiple
floors or levels Australia Post need a business name in addition to
just "level 6" or "4th Floor" of the building.
3) The
addition of a mobile phone number to make contact if no-one is present at the
delivery address.
4) The addition
of the instruction "please leave (wherever) if no-one is home".
5) Please note that
if purchases are returned to us as either undeliverable of no contact being made
(no one present) an additional delivery fee is payable prior to the second
delivery.
Please note that the
shipping price also includes the costs of packing and handling, packing
materials and G.S.T; not just the shipping price alone.
Also, products
and goods may be purchased online and collected from the store however the
freight/shipping charge is still applied; this cannot be deducted from the total
price.
The easiest way to
find out how much your order will cost, how much the shipping charges are and
how long it will take to deliver is to add the item(s) to the shopping cart,
proceed to the checkout, fill in the first couple of pages as prompted, then a
page will be displayed telling you all of the above information (you have the
option of regular or express delivery and the page will recalculate this for you
automatically) before you are asked for payment or your card
details.
This means you can
be assured of price, shipping and timeframe without having to purchase any
items. If you are not happy with any of the details, simply back out of the
shopping cart or delete the product(s) from the shopping cart
individually.
